Today we’ve reached the 1st major milestone of the NanoPaleoMag project with the public release of FORCinel version 2.0: the first major update to FORCinel in 5 years. The new release incorporates several major new advances in FORC processing and analysis, most importantly Ramon Egli’s new VARIFORC smoothing method which yields dramatic improvements in the processed diagram.
